I know that through pregnancy, there are many changes to our bodies. In the last trimester, our breasts tend to grow quite a bit along with the rest of our bodies. Wearing a bra that you wore prior to pregnancy can be very uncomfortable, in fact it can be quite painful. The reason for this is because your body is preparing for the baby and the breasts are getting prepared to produce milk for the new baby. After having the baby, most moms choose to nurse. I know personally, having a good nursing bra is the best way to go. Not only are your breasts larger, but when you nurse, you have to feed your new baby every couple of hours.
