I love chocolate, and I also love spicy! So when I was given some of the amazingly spicy chocolates and caramel to sample and review, courtesy of Cowgirl Chocolates, I knew I would be pleased! I love this chocolate! I love the kick that you get after eating a piece of the yummy, smooth and decadent chocolate! I am from South West New Mexico, and I grew up eating green chile in just about everything that was cooked for us. I have had some Green Chile Hot Cocoa, which is amazing, so I know how awesome some spicy chocolates can be! This chocolate is just awesome and I have already told my husband that I need some more and that a box of the Cowgirl Truffles would be an ideal gift for me this Valentines Day or for just because times too!! Yummmmm! And the amount of spice in these chocolates are perfect. Dark chocolate is my weakness, and the spicy dark chocolate truffles are like a bit of heaven for me! We had also received some of the Habanero Caramels. Wow, what a kick! Now these are hot, but the sweet from the caramels is the perfect amount of sweetness to make these amazing pieces of caramel like no other caramels I have ever had in my life!!! My husband was feeling the same way and has declared that if anyone ever wants to get him something special, they can get him a pound of the caramels!!! Lol, I guess that is his own way at hinting to me!! My husband and I have both found love over at Cowgirl Chocolates and you and your love will too! They carry such an amazing selection that you are sure to find the perfect gift for anyone whether it be for Valentines Day or just because!
