I love chips and salsa. In fact I love salsa on just about anything! So when given the chance to review Salsa Sensations three amazing flavors, I was excited! I have tried the Salsa Sensations Medium Salsa before and I loved it. All three of the Salsa flavors have lots of flavor. They taste so fresh and juicy! The medium has a slight sweet taste with a spicy kick to follow. The Mild has a real spice to it and is full of flavor from the vegetables that are in it. Then the Hot is hot, but not so hot that you cant taste all of the amazing flavors that are in the blend. In all three of the flavors I really liked the crunch from the vegetables, just like you would get from homemade salsa, and the fact that you can taste all of the vegetables and they still have their crisp flavor. The mix of the vegetables used and the spices make for a wonderful and very tasty salsa. Whether you look for a mild to hot flavor, the salsas from Salsa Sensation are sure to please your pallet!!
Left Hot, Middle Medium, Right Mild |
Hot:
Bring on the heat! Habañeros—one of nature’s hottest chilis—join jalapeños, tomatoes, cilantro, onions and garlic in this five-alarm salsa that’s sure to awaken your senses and have you reaching for more.
Medium:
The big flavors of fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onions and garlic get a boost of pleasant heat from spicy jalapeños in this not-too-hot, totally addictive salsa. Be warned: Once you start, it is hard to put down.
Mild:
Bursting with the fresh flavor of ripe tomatoes, cilantro, onions, garlic and just a hint of jalapeño, this is the least spicy of our flavors. Just don’t mistake mild for boring. In fact, we should probably just call it “Bold.”
We had fajitas and set out the 3 different salsas along with some chips and guacamole. I also put some of the Hot Salsa from Salsa Sensations on my fajitas, which made for a great burst of flavors in my mouth!! Their salsa is just about as fresh as you can get without making the salsa yourself! It’s made with sun-ripened tomatoes, chopped onions, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno! At only 10 calories per serving, welcome to an addiction you can feel good about! You can find Salsa Sensations at Wal-Mart in the refrigerated dairy section.
