Hi, Katie! I am following you back. Thanks for stopping by… AND for posting this video. SO many women do not understand how simple and quick an exam can be. Personally, I conduct a self exam while in the shower. I usually put conditioner in my hair and will let it sit in for a minute or two. Figure I have some time to kill… why not?! 😀 We also have nothing to be ashamed of. My grandmother had a lump in her breast exactly one year ago. She did not want to tell my aunt (whom she lives with) because she thought she was too busy with the kids, life, running a business… She let it go for a few weeks until it was very painful. Finally, she told everyone. Long story short – she did have the lump removed and is okay. Today is her 89th birthday and we will be celebrating with a lot to be thankful for. :)Thanks for the follow and hope you have an amazing weekend! ~ Nicole @ MamaNYC
